Hi, my name is Claire. I'm a beginner knitter and also a huge Joss Whedon fan/geek (not that the 2 are connected but it should explain the blog title! Kaylee is my favourite character from Joss Whedon's TV show Firefly).
Here I will post about the things I attempt to knit. When I was a kid, my Grandma tried to show me how but I kept getting tangled up. Just over a year ago, I asked my Mum (knitter superhero!) to show me the basics. Since then, I've been slowly building my knitting skills (with help from Mum, awesome knitting books and the interwebs).
